Terry Lee Redlinger was born December 22, 1948 in Washington, Iowa, the son of Rodney and Dorothea Capper Redlinger. He graduated from Mid-Prairie High School in 1967.
Terry and JoAnn Rainbolt were married October 29, 1975, at the Asbury United Methodist Church. Terry has worked in the fertilizer business since his high school days and had been the plant manager for Eldon C. Stutsman's Inc. in Riverside for the past 20 years.
He served on the Riverside Fire Department 8 years and 4 years as Chief. Hobbies he enjoyed were fishing, camping, playing softball, NASCAR racing and especially his grandchildren.
Survivors are his wife, JoAnn Redlinger of Riverside, three sons and wives; Robb and Shelly Redlinger, Russ and Ann Redlinger, Ryan and Cathy Redlinger all of Riverside, his seven grandchildren, Jacob, Justin and Elley Neuzil, Meghan and Kattie Redlinger and Jacob and Bryan Redlinger. Also surviving are two brothers, Rich and wife Mary Redlinger of Wellman and Bill and Jeanine Redlinger of Riverside.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.
A general memorial fund has been established in his memory.
Terry's family expresses their sincere appreciation for the many acts of kindness extended them during this sudden loss.
