Of Mrs. S. Glick

WASHINGTON, Iowa--Relatives here have been advised of the death of Mrs. Edith Shannon Glick, 64, wife of Henry J. Glick, who died at their home in Long Beach, Calif., after a short illness. She was a sister of Ralph E. Shannon, editor of the Evening Journal here and H. A. Shannon, Lee's Summit, Mo., both of whom with the husband survive. Mrs. Glick was a daughter of Mr. And Mrs. W. A. Shannon and was born north of Washington, January 6, 1877. She married Mr. Glick in 1900 and they lived for a number of years in Davenport where he was in railroad work. They later moved to Lee's Summitt [sic], Mo., and two years ago moved to Long Beach.
