THE FAMILY REQUESTS ALL GUESTS WEAR THEIR FAVORITE SPORTS TEAM APPAREL TO THE FUNERAL, OUT OF RESPECT FOR LOUIS’ CASUAL DEMEANOR AND HIS LOVE OF SPORTS.
Lou, known to many as Megatron, was a 2007 graduate of West High School. He was employed at Timmy Flynn’s Red Pepper Deli.
Louis was the most kind-hearted, selfless, happy-go-lucky, and beautiful soul we ever had the pleasure of knowing. He truly brought out the best in us all. Lou taught us to not take life so seriously, that it’s okay to wear your emotions on your sleeve, and to enjoy the little things because, in the end, those are the things we remember the most. He was the gentlest giant and brought so much joy to everyone he met.
Survivors include his parents, Lynne Loomer Ginsberg and Douglas Ginsberg, sister Megan, grandmothers Margie Loomer and Harriet Ginsberg, and many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who he impacted more than he will ever know with his infectious energy and contagious laugh. He was preceded in death by grandfathers Louis Ginsberg and Bradley Loomer and Uncle Jay Loomer.
