Funeral Mass was held today at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Iowa City for Mrs. Anna J. Kasper, 85, of 430 South Lucas Street, with burial at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Solon.

Mrs. Kasper died Saturday at a local nursing home following a lengthy illness.

She was born April 12, 1890, in Solon, to Jacob and Mary Broschek Kessler. On Feb 7, 1917, she married Frank A. Kasper at Solon.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Iowa City.

Survivors include two daughters, Delma and Wilma Kasper, both of Iowa City, two sons, Ralph and Kenneth, both of Iowa City; three granddaughters; a sister, Mary Conley, of Marshall, Mich.; and four brothers, John of Solon, Robert, of Whittier, Calif., Everett, of Walker, and Andrew of Iowa City.

Her husband, one brother and two sisters died earlier.
