Keith V. Kessler Dies; Rites Set

Keith V. Kessler, 29, native and former resident of Iowa City, died at Glenwood Saturday evening following a long illness.

Requiem mass will be at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's church here. Burial will be in the new section of St. Joseph's cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today at the Donohue mortuary.

He was born May 28, 1934, in Iowa City, the son of Doran and Luella Kadera of Iowa City. He had lived most of his life in Glenwood.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Luella Kadera of Iowa City; his father Doran Kessler of Chattanooga, Tenn.; two sisters, Mrs. John (Ginita) Dalton of Iowa City, and Mrs. Roy (Shirley) Barrows of Lookout Mountain, Tenn.; one half-brother, Terry Kadera of Iowa City; and a number of nieces and nephews.
