Lynn Janie Koolbeck, 44, of 350 Dublin Drive, Iowa City, Iowa died at her home Thursday, August 28, 2003 of cancer.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, August 31, 2003 at 2PM at Gallagher Funeral Home, 2900 Summer Street, Stamford, Connecticut with Rabbi Emily Korzenik officiating. Interment will be at Independent Stamford Lodge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Iowa City Hospice, 1025 Wade Street, Iowa City, Iowa 52240 or a charity of the donor’s choice.

Lynn was born May 23, 1959 in Stamford, Connecticut, the daughter of Harold N. Godlin
and the late Marcella Miesels Godlin. She grew up in Stamford and attended Arizona State University. Lynn resided in Mesa, Arizona for 24 years.

Lynn is survived by her children, Jesse Koolbeck of Iowa City, Iowa, Kayla Koolbeck and Joshua Koolbeck, both of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her father, Harold Godlin and his wife Lorrie of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; her sister, Marlies Conway and her husband Charles of Milford, Connecticut; and her brother Wayne Godlin and his wife Sherri of Sharon, Massachusetts; along with her nieces and nephews.
