Mrs. E. E. ( Cora ) Cline, 94, a former long-time Iowa City resident, died this morning at a St. Joseph, Mo., hospital after a long illness.

Private services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Donohue Mortuary, with the Rev. Eugene Hancock of the First Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.

Friends may call at the mortuary Thursday evening or Friday morning.

Mrs. Cline was born Sept. 7, 1874, in Cantrall, Ill., the daughter of Elthelda Jane and William Underwood. She was married to E. E. Cline Oct 20, 1897.

Surviving are one son, Kenneth of Iowa City; a daughter, Mrs. Owen W. D. Craig of St. Joseph; Seven grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a son.
