Mark H. Adams, 46, of 1401 Ridge Street, Iowa City, died suddenly Monday morning, July 7, 2003 at his home.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 10, 2003 at the Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service, 605 Kirkwood Avenue, Iowa City. Burial will be at a later date. Mark Adams was born January 2, 1957, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of William E. and Phyllis (Murray) Adams. He was raised and educated in Iowa City, graduating from West High School. Mark lived and worked in the Iowa City area all his life. He especially enjoyed his family and music.

Mark is survived by his mother, Phyllis Adams, his sister, Jennifer Lee Zahradnek and her husband Daryl, all of Iowa City, many aunts and uncles, and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father and an infant daughter, Brandee.
