Dianne G. Larson, 54, of Hughes, Arkansas and formerly of Iowa City, died Monday, March 24, 2003 in West Memphis, Tennessee from cancer.

Dianne’s body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 28, 2003
at 10:00 AM at Parkview Evangelical Free Church in Iowa City. Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service in Iowa City is in charge of local arrangements.

Dianne was born September 16, 1948 in Hughes, Arkansas. She grew up in Arkansas and then received her nursing degree from Memphis Baptist Memorial College. Dianne worked at Memphis Baptist as a registered nurse. She married Jack Larson, Jr. March 3, 1979 in Hawaii. Dianne & her husband moved to Iowa City in 1988 where she worked as a registered nurse at the Veterans Administration Medical Center and most recently at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City. Dianne returned to Arkansas in 2001. She enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by her daughters, Allison Larson of North Liberty and Meagan Larson of Iowa City.

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Jack in 1996.
