Corinne L. Vigue, 87, of Waterville, Maine died at Mercy Hospital, Iowa City on Monday, April 25, 2005 following a brief illness.

Memorial Services and burial will be a later date in Maine.

Corinne was born November 9, 1917 in Van Buren, Maine, the daughter of Belonie and Emeddie Carrier Violette. On June 17, 1935 she married Charles W. Vigue in Waterville, Maine.

Corinne was a member of the Notre Dame Catholic Church in Waterville, Maine, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister.

Corinne is survived by her three children; Carol (Alan) MacVey of Iowa City, Robert W. (Charlene) Vigue of Springvale, Maine, Ronald L. Vigue of Berwick, Maine; his brother,
Harvey (Harvey) Violette of Oakland, Maine; sister-in-law, Arline Violette of Waterville, Maine; grandchildren, Mary Hoyt, Gregory Vigue, Robin West, Joy MacVey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Raymond and one grandson Michael.
