Raymond E. Cox, 81, of Coralville, IA passed away March 16, 2006 at Windmill Manor Nursing Home.

Ray was born on September 21, 1924 in Andrix, CO to Fred and Icie Hoover Cox. He married Beverly J. Joslin on June 19, 1946.

Ray earned his Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, ID in 1947. He pastored in the Church of the Nazarene in the following locations: White River, SD; Twin Falls, ID; Webster City, IA; Moravia, IA; Portland, OR; Algona, IA; and Marengo, IA.

Ray is survived by his wife Beverly J. Cox, five sons; Glen, Bob, Donn, Phil, and Tim Cox, ten grandchildren; Paul, Eric, Chris, Craig, Tyler, Christopher, Emily, Rachel, Jonathon, and Joshua Cox, and a brother, Ellis Cox of Meade Washington.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers; Joseph and Vernon Cox.
