Verdine Moldenhauer, 91 of Coralville, Iowa, formerly of Madison, and Stevens Point Wisconsin, died Sunday, July 30, 2006, after a long illness.

Verdine was born March 9, 1915 in Parkersburg, Illinois the daughter of Henry D. and May (Yaeger) Talley. On July 26, 1937 she married Albert Petrick Moldenhauer in Eau Claire, WI. Verdine was a school teacher and later a travel agent. She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Madison, WI. Her greatest joy was her family.

She is survived by her two daughters, Diana Roth and her husband John of Iowa City, IA, Lorna Koppang of Denver, CO, 2 granddaughters, Kathyrn Perdue and her husband Chad and their daughter, Alexis of Denver, Co and Rene Roth Zar and her husband, David and their daughters Sarah and Hannah all of St. Louis, Mo; and a grandson, Brent Roth and his wife Kimberly Seagren Roth, and their daughter Natalie and a baby on the way all of Carver, MN. She is also survived by one nephew, Ned Hornback.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert and by one sister, Irene Hornback.
