James C. Hall, 96 of Legacy Gardens died peacefully on July 26, 2006 at Legacy Gardens.

James was born March 22, 1910 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois the son of Lucien and Katherine (Sprinkle) Hall. On December 22, 1935 he married Irma Eggenburg. He worked as a sheet metal worker for the University of Iowa.

James is survived by his two children: Joan Hall of Des Moines, Iowa and James Hall New Lenox, IL., and his fiancé Diane Wolski of Naperville, Il of by 2 grandchildren, Brian Hall, Christopher Hall, great grandchildren, Tori Hall and Collin Hall. He is also survived by one brother, John Hall of Casselbury, FL, sisters, Joy Birdla, Lulu Foster and Darlene Zimmerman.

James was preceded in death by his wife, Irma, 2 sisters, Gladys McCrary and Eva Mae Lockhart.
