Luther B. Wilson, 74, died Thursday, August 28, 2008 at Mercy Hospital following a short illness. Funeral services were held at 2 pm Friday, August 29 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service is handling the arrangements.

Luther was born on April 18, 1934 in Huntsville, MO, the son of Herbert and Maggie (Wallace) Wilson. On March 13, 1954 in Kansas City, MO, Luther was united in marriage with Dolores Unkel. For 40 years, Luther worked as a Custodian for City High.

Luther is survived by his wife Dolores, their 13 children; Martin, Teresa, Catherine, Anthony, Jude, Vincent, Mary, Joseph, John Henry, Jason, Max, Chris and Jacinta. Luther is also survived by his two sisters Lorraine and Lenna. Luther was preceded in death by his parents, one son and one daughter.
