GUS L. MARLAS DIED THI MORN.
Gus L. Marlasdied from pneumonia following influenza at the Lutheran hospital at Des Moines, at 7:30 this morning. He is a brother of Tony and Thomas, proprietors of the Opera Cafe and the Athens confectionery respectively.

The young man was twenty three years of age and leaves a widow and two small daughters, Doris and a bae only a few weeks old.
