Lonnie Murray, 69, of Tiffin died at home Sunday, August 20, 2006 following a brief illness.

Memorial Service will be held on Thursday August 24, 2006 at 10am at Lensing Oak Hill, 210 Holiday Rd., Coralville, where friends may call after 9am. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.

Lonnie was born August 10, 1937 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Lonnie had lived in the Iowa City area over twenty years and had been employed as a bartender at the Coralville American Legion and other establishments.

Lonnie is survived by his daughter, Heather Murray of Coralville; his domestic partner Lisa Newell of Tiffin; and ten siblings, whereabouts unknown

Lonnie was preceded in death by his parents.
