Luther HESTON, 85, 601 E. Adams, died Thurs. 2:15 p.m. at University Hospital in Iowa City. Behner Funeral Home. Bur. Evergreen. Retired employee of the Louden Machinery Co. and Iowa Electric Light and Power Co.. Lifetime resident of this community.

Born Aug. 20, 1885, son of Mahlon and Harriett STILES HESTON; married Mar. 1, 1911, to Edna Mae SIRDOREUS; she died March 1, 1968.

Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Beatrice M. WEBBER, Iowa City, and Mrs. Vera F. DAVIS, Fairfield. Two grandchildren also survive. Three brothers are deceased.
