I am attaching a link to the 1884 Fairfield Weekly Journal for the scanned image of the item. However, it is just an advertisement. I think that you will probably interested in the original United States Patent for the Moore Road Grader/ Scraper patented by Henry C. Moore of Tama, Iowa in 1880 and 1881 which includes drawings and specifications. Hope this helps.
