Willis Frasher age 15 was living with his grand
parents James and Sarah (Curfman) Park in the
Jefferson County l885 census.

In the l880 census Mary A Frasher age 5 was living
with those grandparents James & Sarah Park. Not sure if she is same as girl Nettie.

When Willis married his second wife, he listed his parents as George Frasher and Sarah Park. He has to be a brother to Nettie.

There are no guardianship records for Nettie and
Willis because their mother is the one deceased
