Hi Verda, I am sending directly to you a check for the information stated along with two stamps. I also would like to know if there is an obituary on Armstrong Hill and William Hill. Perhaps when Armstrong's Pension file arives I can sort out the family members. I am still looking for his parents.
From Alexander Duncan's Pension file I have figured out that the Duncans and Hill familys have been neighbors since about 1859 and they may have met in Apponose County Iowa. I will try to find the Hills in that County in 1860 the next time I get to the National Archives.
