Gilbert Lee Roy Harrison birth record

I would greatly appreciate your help in locating information on my great-grandfather. His name was Gilbert Lee Roy Harrison, born 03 May 1884 in Iowa. His father was Benjamin Harrison and his mother was Luella or Louisa Welch Harrison. The 1880 Federal census shows them in Perlee, Jefferson Iowa.

Benjamin was married twice but I think that Gilbert was from the first marriage. The second marriage was to Mary Elizabeth "Mollie" Spangler.
If you could locate the Birth Certificate or any other information on Gilbert so that I could verify his Mother's identity I would really appreciate it.
