Hi Verda,
Yes, that is the William D. I was referring to.
He was b. in Maryland, married in Belmont County,Ohio in 1829, he and Sarah moved on to WI. and are buried in Embarras Cemetary.

I have seen where Richard was the Father but there seems to be no proof,I guess thats what I was trying to ask, is there a way or how would one find that document??

And yes if there is someone there that would be willing to help, please pass it on.
