Word has been received here of the death of Thomas Lloyd McLANE, 77, former resident of Fairfield, who died recently at Seattle, Wash. Interment in Seattle.

Born in Batavia, Iowa, McLANE moved to Seattle in 1917 from Fairfield. He was a refrigeration engineer at the Auburn Supply Depot until retiring in 1962. Son of John McLANE who operated a creamery in Fairfield for many years.

Lloyd McLANE grad. FHS in 1905. Joined the army just after going to Seattle and served during WWI. Survived by a daugher Mrs. Colleen GIBSON, Santa Maria, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Mabel GRAHAM, Seattle; two brothers, John, Seattle, and Walter, Riverside, Calif., and a half-brother, Clifford McLANE, Tucson, Ariz., and two grandchildren.
