JUDSON CURTIS DIED AT BATAVIA

Early this morning; had just returned from Arkansas a few weeks ago

Judson CURTIS, aged 79 years, passed away this morning at 2 o'clock at his home in Batavia after having been in failing health for the past year. Mr. CURTIS had just returned from Stuttgart, Ark., about three weeks ago where he had been spending the winter with his sons.

Funeral arrangements are not complete, pending word from relatives at a distance.

Mr. CURTIS is survived by the following children: Walter of Carthage, Ill., Mrs. Florence BURNER of Normal, Ill., Hubert of Charles City, Robert and Ralph of Stuttgart, Ark., and Stanley of Batavia. Mrs. CURTIS passed away in 1926.
