Andrew E. BROWN, 70, died Thurs. at his home in Batavia. Bur. Batavia Cemetery.

Born in Lexington, Mo., son of Mr. and Mrs. Bird BROWN, and has lived in Batavia since 1902. Began work with the C.B. & Q. RR in 1884.

Survived by wife, five sons, Claude, Frank and William of Burlington, and Dick and Ralph of Batavia; 3 daughters, Mrs. A. L. FLETCHER of Coffeeville, Kan., Mrs. Earl PRICE and Mrs. Paul CREMER of Agency, and one brother, Claude, of Sioux Falls, S. D.
