HEFLIN Funeral To Be Saturday

Mrs. Wilson R. HEFLIN, 402 S. Main, died at 4:10 a.m. today at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient the past two months.

Last rites will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Wilson Hyde officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Pauline HEFLIN, 80, was born June 23, 1891, near Libertyville. She was the daughter of Mace and Elzada Jane BALDWIN CLINKINBEARD (sic - CLINKENBEARD).

Her marriage to Wilson R. HEFLIN took place July 17, 1921, at Mount Pleasant. He preceded her in death Oct. 2, 1968.

Mrs. HEFLIN was a member of the United Methodist Church, White Shrine, Order of Eastern Star and Past Worthy Matrons Club.

Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers and seven sisters.

In The District Court Of The State Of Iowa In And For Jefferson County

In The Matter Of The Estate Of Pauline C. HEFLIN, Deceased.

To All Persons Interested In The Estate of Pauline C. HEFLIN, Deceased:

You are hereby notified that on the 16th day of February, 1972, the last will and testament of Pauline C. HEFLIN, deceased, bearing date of the 26th day of July, 1971, was admitted to probate in the above named court and that Margaret CLINKINBEARD (sic) and Jack L. Raymond were appointed executors of said estate.

Notice is further given that any action to set aside said Will must be brought in the District court of said county within one year from the date of the second publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.

Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named district court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance; and unless so filed within six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claim shall thereafter be forever barred.
