Note: Buried in Lot SDof17-011. Although her obituaries note her husband (Austin; possibly John Austin?) HEATER "died in this city and is resting in Evergreen cemetery", there is no death certificate in Jefferson County for him. Nor is there a record of his burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Lavina and Austin married in Jefferson County on Sept. 5, 1871 (both shown as age 25), and by August/September, 1894, Lavina was granted a divorce from him. When and where he died and was buried is not known as of the time of this posting. Lavina was born about 1846, according to the 1850 Census where she is noted as four years old, and was the daughter of Lewis T. and Catherine Ann WEAVER MOW.
