Illness Fatal To Mrs. HARPER, 76

Mrs. Henry HARPER, 76, Fairfield Route 4, died early this morning at the Nelson Nursing Home. She had been in failing health for several years.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. D. O. Van Dyne officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Sarah HAVNER HARPER was born Aug. 22, 1891 at Fort Madison, the daughter of Andrew and Ette HECKETHORN HAVNER. She spent most of her life in the Fairfield area.

She was married to Henry HARPER on May 15, 1919. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, one son, Andrew HARPER of Fairfield; one daughter, Mrs. Viola DELP of Davenport; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five sisters and one brother.
