HAHN Dies Suddenly

Harold F. HAHN, 46, 1004 S. Main Street, died suddenly at 11:30 p.m. Thursday at the Jefferson County Hospital. He was admitted to the hospital a short time earlier.

HAHN was born May 8, 1928 at East Pleasant Plain, the son of Charles and Agnes KASKA HAHN. He was married to Shirley M. WIERBACH on August 4, 1947.

A 21-year veteran of the Army, he was retired from service and had lived in the Fairfield community the last seven years.

He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion.

Surviving besides the widow are five sons, Charles of Fairfield, John, in the Army in Germany, Harold, Jr. of Rock Island, and William and James at home; four daughters, Mrs. Linda NICELY of Fairfield, and Jeanne, Sandy and Carey at home.

Other survivors are two grandchildren; three brothers, Kenneth of Rock Island, Ill., Dale of Washington, and Ardell of Pleasant Plain; and a sister, Bertill HAHN of Des Moines.

Funeral services are pending at the Weston Behner Funeral Home.

HAHN Services To Be Monday

Funeral services for Harold F. HAHN, 46, will be Monday at 10 a.m. at the St. Mary Catholic Church with the Rev. Karl Holtkamp and the Rev. Charles Mannhardt officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Prayers for a Christian Wake will be held Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral Home.
