Many relatives and friends gathered at the First Lutheran church yesterday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock to pay their last tribute to the memory of Mrs. W. A. HAGANS, who passed away suddenly at the Jefferson county hospital Monday evening.

The services were in charge of Dr. U. S. Smith, pastor of the Methodist church. He read passages which Mrs. HAGANS had marked in her bible (sic - Bible) and closed the impressive services by reading "Crossing the Bar."

The music was furnished by Ray Mulkins and Mrs. Glen Bates who sang "Abide With Me" and "In the Garden." They were accompanied on the piano by Mrs. H. E. Wisecarver.
