Had Only Been Ill Since Saturday; Funeral Tomorrow Afternoon at 1:30
Guy Wesley HAGAN, the 21 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles HAGAN, passed away this morning at 1:30 oclock at their home southeast of the city after having been ill since Saturday. Death is thought to have been caused by a tumor on the brain.
The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 oclock from the Hoskins funeral home. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Guy was born June 12, 1907. Besides the parents he leaves the following brothers and sisters: Robert Lloyd, Harvey Leroy, Elizabeth Delilah, Mary Keith at home and Mrs. Beulah CARLSON of Milwaukee, Wis.

Yesterday Afternoon at 1:30 O'Clock From The Hoskins Funeral Home
The last services for Guy W. HAGAN, who passed away Wednesday morning at the home of his parents Mr. and Mrs. Charles R. HAGAN, 2 miles south of Fairfield, were held yesterday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Hoskins funeral home. Rev. R. H. Polly of the Christian church conducted the last rites in the presence of many friends and relatives.
Mrs. Anderson Patten and her daughter Reva sang the songs and the latter accompanied on the piano. The pall bearers were boy friends and they were as follows: Dale Phillips, Fred Hootman, Vern Keller, Chester Bagby, Raymond Morrow and Raymond Kilbourne.
The honorary pall bearers were: Francis Streed, Eva Phillips, Fern Bruey, Ila McNeese, Mrs. Lawrence Bagby and Ms. Lawrence Keller.
The relatives from away were: Mrs. Hugh CARLSON of Milwaukee, Wis., a sister; Mr. and Mrs. A. D. THOMAS of Pekin, Ill.; J. W. GRISSOM of Macomb, Ill; Ed and Don GRISSOM of Astoria, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. M. E. HAGAN, Mrs. J. L. HIPPIE and I. O. HAGAN of Canton, Ill.; and Mrs. Bess GRISSOM of Ames(.)
