Nancy Helen GREINER

Nancy Helen GREINER, 83, of Fairfield, died at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, 1993, at Parkview Care Center.

The service is scheduled tentatively for 10 a.m. Friday at Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. William Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials to .St. Mary (sic) Catholic Church may be left at the funeral home.

Mrs. GREINER was born Aug. 14, 1909, at Plattsburg, Mo., the daughter of George and Susannah GILBERT CAVIN. She married Elmer Charles GREINER on Feb. 28, 1927, at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Clear Creek. They farmed all of their married life in the Fairfield area, moving to Fairfield in 1963. She was employed at Parsons College and was a member of the Catholic church.

Surviving are two daughters, Ethel SCHUCHMANN and Bernice NORTON, both of Fairfield; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren and a sister, Addie MITCHELL of Washington, Iowa. Her husband and a son, Joseph A., preceded her in death.
