JACK GOEHNER DIES SUDDENLY

John (Jack) GOEHNER, lifetime resident of Fairfield, died suddenly Sunday morning at his home, 202 North Fifth street. He was 77 years of age at the time of his death. He complained that he did not feel well earlier in the morning, and passed away at 11:30 a.m.

Mr. GOEHNER, who was known to many local residents as "aJck" (sic), was well known in the community. He had clerked in local stores for several years, the last 11 of which were at the Luckman Hardware store. He retired last November because of his health.

He was born April 15, 1869 at Fairfield, the son of the late Jacob and Mary GOEHNER. He married Bertha L. ULRICH December 23, 1897. He had lived in Fairfield his entire life. Mr. GOEHNER is survived by his wife.

The body was taken to the Weston Behner funeral home where last rites are pending.

GOEHNER Funereal Will Be Thursday, 2 P. M.

Funeral services for John (Jack) GOEHNER, lifetime resident of Fairfield, will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at the Weston Behner funeral home with Rev. S. P. Williamson in charge. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. GOEHNER died suddenly at his home Sunday morning.
