Note: Husband of Caroline GASAWAY. He was born April 29, 1848, and served in Co. G of the 11th VT Infantry. He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, in Lot Old.P.251. His gravestone notes a death year of 1883, however his obituary and death certificate are both from 1882. Wife Caroline died in 1920 and was buried with him.
