She came to Fairfield a little over a month ago to visit at the home of her daughter, Mrs. GRAHAM, and owing to the change in her physical condition, her daughter, Mrs. SEELEY, came to Fairfield to assist in caring for her.

The end came suddenly today, caused by a second stroke. The body was taken to the Campbell Funeral Home, and the funeral arrangements have not yet been completed. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery here.

Mrs. GARNETT was united with the Methodist Episcopal church, in girlhood, and lived an active devoted Christian life.
