Randolph L. Kasper, 47, of Westminister, Md., died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2005, at Carroll Hospital Center.

A funeral liturgy will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Eldersburg, Md., with the Rev. Patrick Tonry officiating. Burial will be in Springfield Cemetery in Sykesville, Md.

Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel in Sykesville.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Epilepsy Foundation.

Mr. Kasper was born March 11, 1958, in San Diego, Calif., the son of Steve and Gertrude Stell Kasper. He married Theresa Gevock.

Mr. Kasper was an electrical engineer for the United States Department of Defense. He attended St. Joseph Catholic Community in Eldersburg. He enjoyed playing the trombone and golf.

Survivors include his wife; his mother; two sons, Stephen and Bryan Kasper of Westminister; one daughter, Sarah Kasper of Westminister; one brother, Joe Kasper of Clarksville, Md.; and father-in-law, Roman Gevock of Brighton.

He was preceded in death by his father.
