Death takes Anna FUQUA

Anna C. FUQUA, 79, 206 E. Jefferson, died at 78:20 a.m. today at Murtue Memorial Hospital at Harlan (note: in Shelby Co., IA). She had been in poor health for over a hear.

The body is beign returned to the Weston Behner Funeral Home where services are pending.

Anna C. FUQUA was born June 26, 1899, at Floris in Davis County. She was the youngest of nine children both to Alexander Montgomery and Cynthia Ellen DUNN EASTON. She was the last surviving member of her family.

Mrs. FUQUA had been a resident of farifield for over 60 years and had lived for many years at the E. Jefferson Street address.

Survivors include a son, Don L. FUQUA, Fairfield; and daughter, Darlene LUXFORD, Shelby. Other survivors are three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Service for Mrs. FUQUA

Graveside rites for Anna C. FUQUA will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery with the rev. Keith R. Lingwall officiating.

A family visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Behner Funeral Home.

Mrs. FUQUA died Monday at 8:20 a.m. at Murtue Memorial Hospital at Harlan.
