C. D FULLEN DIED IN SEATTLE
Was A Law Partner With I. D. Jones in This City A Number of Years Ago

Charles D. FULLEN, former United States attorney for the southern district of Iowa and who was in a partnership with I. D. Jones in the law business in this city from 1882 to 1894, died yesterday at his home in Seattle, Washington, after a long illness.

Mr. FULLEN's old home was at Agency and he was the son of John FULLEN. He was married to Miss Anna JULIAN of this city and she with two sons, Julian and Donald, survive him. He leaves two sisters.
