Mrs. Mabel FRY Dies Suddenly

Mrs. Mabel FRY, 87, longtime Fairfield resident, died suddenly in the Jefferson County Hospital about 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Last rites will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Wilson Hyde officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

A native of Jefferson County, Mabel FRY was born Jan. 25, 1884, the daughter of Griffin and Clara ABRAHAM. She was married to Clyde BELL June 11, 1903, who died Nov. 24, 1940.

In 1941 she was married to Milton FRY. He preceded his wife in death in 1958. Mrs. FRY was a member of the United Methodist Church and her home is at 206 N. Main.

Survivors include two daughters and one son: Mrs. Carlos WATSON, Richland, and Mrs. Gerald SNUGGS, Albuquerque, N.M.; and Harold BELL, Fort worth, Texas. Others include 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.

Mrs. FRY was preceded in death by one son, one sister and one brother.

We do not have words that would express our appreciation for the many acts of kindness and sympathy shown us during the passing of our mother, Mabel FRY. Also many thanks to those who served dinner at the Methodist Church and those who brought food to our home. May God bless each and everyone of you.
