MRS. G. W. FRESHWATER DIED THIS MORNING

Mrs. George W. FRESHWATER passed away this morning at 2:15 o'clock at her home on West Kirkwood street following a stroke of paralysis.

Burley Rosetta HUDGEL (sic - Byrlie Rosetta CLINKENBEARD) who was the daughter of Joseph and Margaret HUDGEL (sic - Joseph CLINKENBEARD and Margaret HUDGEL CLINKENBEARD), was born in this city, May 6th, 1874, being at the time of her death 41 years, two months and seventeen days old. On September 15th, 1891, she was united in marriage to George W. FRESHWATER who is left to mourn her loss. The following eight children were born to them: Mrs. Ethel May WALKER, Mrs. Ora Ada HOLCOMB Margaret Emly, Winfield Katherine, Perry George, Robert Newton Joseph Richard, and Willard Harold who passed away January 13, 1914, at the age of two months and three days.

She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Ella COOK of Sartora, Neb.; David CLINKINBEARD of Mt. Pleasant; Guy CLINKENBEARD and Bernie CLINKENBEARD of this city, and Joseph CLINKENBEARD of Oakland, California.

She has been a faithful member of the Methodist church. Many friends will sympathize with the sorrowing family in the loss of a loving wife and mother.

The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Methodist church.

MRS. GEORGE FRESHWATER DIED EARLY MONDAY

Mrs. George W. FRESHWATER passed away early Monday morning at her home on West Kirkwood street. Death resulted from a stroke of paralysis.

Mrs. FRESHWATER was born in this city May 6th, 1874. She was united in marriage with George W. FRESHWATER September 15, 1891 and to this union eight children were born. Seven children with the husband survive her. The children are: Mrs. Ethel May WALKER, Mrs. Osa Ada HOLCOMB, Margaret Emily, Winfield Katherine, Perry George, Robert Newton, and Joseph Richard. Willard Harold died January 13, 1914, at the age of two months.

One sister, Mrs. Ella COOK of Sartora, Neb., and four brothers, David CLINKENBEARD of Mt. Pleasant, Joseph CLINKENBEARD of California and Guy and Bernie CLINKENBEARD of this city, also survive her.

Mrs. FRESHWATER was an earnest member of the Methodist church. Her death comes as a shock to her many friends.

The funeral services were held from the Methodist church at 2:30 o'clock and interment was in Evergreen cemetery.
