MISS MARY ELIZABETH FOWLER

Miss Mary Elizabeth FOWLER, aged 72 years who has been in poor health for the past three years and bedfast the past four weeks, passed away yesterday afternoon at 1 oclock at the home of her brother, Samuel FOWLE (sic) 3½ miles northwest of this city.

The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 oclock from the FOWLER residence in charge of Rev. S. P. Williamson of the Christian church. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Miss FOWLER was born in Iowa June 2, 1858. Her father died 20 years ago and her mother died 10 years ago. She is survived by two sisters and two brothers: Mrs. W. F. HUSS of Afton, B. F. of Muscatine and Catherine and Samuel of Fairfield.

PROBATE OF WILL

State of Iowa, Jefferson county, ss.

To all whom it may concern:

Notice is hereby given that an instrument, purporting to be the last will and testament of Elizabeth FOWLER, deceased, is now on file in the office of the cerk (sic) of the district court of Jefferson county and that Monday August 25th, A. D., 1930, at 2 o'clock p.m., has been set for proof and final hearing of same.

Witness my hand and the seal of said court this 30th day of July, 1930.
