Note: Buried in the Public Grounds section, in Row 6, Space 22. She was the daughter of William 'Billy' FOREMAN and Nellie WISEHART FOREMAN. At some point between Ossie's birth and 1919, mother Nellie remarried to Perry WARTHAN. Ossie is buried next to her sister Helen, both of them sharing a gravestone, which notes their surname as FORMAN, and not WARTHAN.
