FLINSPACH Rites Set

Mrs. Clara Helen FLINSPACH, 75, died at 2:20 p.m. Friday at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient since Feb. 25. Her home is at 908 S. Seventh.

Services will be Monday, April 14, at 1:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home. The Rev. Wayne Bartruff will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Clara Helen FLINSPACH was born Feb. 18, 1900, at Table Grove, Ill. She was the daughter of Robert and Nancy HOOD KILLION.

She was reared and educated in Illinois, moving to Fairfield in 1911. She graduated from the Fairfield High School and Parsons College.

Her marriage to Raymond FLINSPACH took place April 19, 1932, in Monmouth, Ill. He died Nov. 16, 1935. Mrs. FLINSPACH operated their farm for 37 years northeast of Fairfield, moving to Fairfield in 1969. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Mrs. FLINSPACH is survived by one brother, Raymond KILLION, Middleville, Mich., and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF IOWA IN AND FOR JEFFERSON COUNTY

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CLARA HELEN FLINSPACH, DECEASED.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF CLARA HELEN FLINSPACH DECEASED:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 15TH DAY OF APRIL, 1975, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CLARA HELEN FLINSPACH DECEASED BEARING DATE OF THE 24TH DAY OF APRIL, 1974, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT ARLENE ANGELL WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF SAID ESTATE.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ANY ACTION TO SET ASIDE SAID WILL MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SAID COUNTY WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, OR THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT ALL PERSONS INDEBTED TO SAID ESTATE ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT TO THE UNDERSIGNED, AND CREDITORS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST SAID ESTATE SHALL FILE THEM WITH THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE NAMED DISTRICT COURT, AS PROVIDED BY LAW, DULY AUTHENTICATED, FOR ALLOWANCE; AND UNLESS SO FILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE SECOND PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE (UNLESS OTHERWISE ALLOWED OR PAID) SUCH CLAIM SHALL THEREAFTER BE FOREVER BARRED.
