... --Funeral services for Mrs. Cordeliah (sic) FITZSIMMONS will be held Monday afternoon at 1:30 oclock in the chapel of the Methodist church in charge of Dr. H. B. Scoles. Interment will take place in the Evergreen cemetery.

MRS. CORDELIAH FITZSIMMONS

Mrs. Cordelia GARMOE FITZSIMMONS, daughter of Andrew and Margaret GARMOE was born near Salina, Jefferson county, Iowa, being 68 years of age, when 11 years old moved with her parents to Kansas, there she met and married Robert E. FITZSIMMONS, who 16 years ago was killed in an automobile wreck. To them were born five children, three dying in infancy, two daughters living, Dr. Kate LANGFORD of Princes Arm, M. D., Mrs. Maggie BROWN, of Independence, Mo.

Eight years ago she was stricken with paralysis, leaving her helpless and dependent on others. Much of this time was spent in hospitals. Three years or nearly so she came to the FRYMAN home where she has been tenderly cared for, all loving hearts and willing hands could do was done for her and make her happy. She sometimes felt her affliction was too great but said God knew best.

Besides her own children are three brothers and two sisters and her cousins Isaac WESLEY and Mary FRYMAN, W. D. GARMOE, Mrs. C. B. McPEEK, Mrs. G. W. POOL, Miss Fanny McMURRAY and Alice and Clara COOPER.
