Funeral Monday For Mrs. FETZER

Mrs. Hazel L. FETZER, 66, former Fairfield resident, passed away at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Ottumwa Manor where she has been a resident the past two years.

Last rites have been set for 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Wilson Hyde in charge. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Hazel L. FETZER was born Nov. 16, 1905, in Brighton. She was the daughter of Jesse and Bertha PRINGLE MIKSCH. She was reared and educated in Fairfield, and taught in Jefferson County schools a number of years.

Her marriage to Verle (sic - Verl) BLAIR took place Aug. 22, 1926, in Fairfield. He died in September, 1952. She was later married in 1953 to Gerald (sic - Garold) FETZER who died in July, 1963. Mrs. FETZER was a member of the Pleasant Grove Methodist Church.

Three daughters survive. They are Mrs. Clifford STANLEY, Fairfield; Mrs. Wayne BROWN, Pawpaw, Ill.; and Mrs. Cedric RUGGLES, Packwood.

Other survivors include 13 grandchildren, one great granddaughter, two sisters, Mrs. W.C. CRUMP, South Gate, Calif., and Mrs. O. C. CALVERT, Elmhurst, Ill.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday evening.

In The District Court Of The State Of Iowa In And For Jefferson County

In The Matter Of The Estate Of Hazel BLAIR FETZER, Deceased.

To All Persons Interested In The Estate of Hazel BLAIR FETZER Deceased:

You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of February, 1972, the Last Will and Testament of Hazel BLAIR FETZER deceased, bearing date of the 28th day of May, 1966, was admitted to probate in the above named Court and that the Iowa State Bank & Trust Company of Fairfield, Iowa was appointed executor of said estate.

Notice is further given that any action to set aside said Will must be brought in the District Court of said County within one year from the date of the second publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.

Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the Clerk of the above named District Court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance; and unless so filed within six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claim shall thereafter be forever barred.
