HEART ATTACK PROVES FATAL

A sudden heart attack proved fatal to Mrs. William ELDER, 46, who died at her home two miles east of Libertyville at 6:30 a. m. today. She had been in her usual good health until she became suddenly ill about 5:45, and died a few minutes later.

Nellie Eileen ELDER was born April 1, 1900, in Jefferson county, the daughter of Stoner and Jennie DAVISSON (sic - DAVISON). She had spent her entire life in this county. She married Mr. ELDER on May 22, 1918.

Besides her husband, Mrs. ELDER is survived by her mother, Mrs. Tom ALSTON, Fairfield, and the following children: Mrs. Marjorie BOWERMASTER, Fairfield; Eugene, Libertyville; Richard and Merlin, at home; and three grandchildren.

She is also survived by one brother, Clifford DAVISSON, Richland; and three sisters, Mrs. Frank BELL, Lockridge; Mrs. George ELDER, San Antonio, Texas, and Mrs. Gilbert WYKOFF, Libertyville. Her father preceded her in death.

The body was taken to the Hoskins funeral home where last rites are pending.

Funeral Today For Mrs. William ELDER

Last rites were held at 2:00 p.m. today for Mrs. William ELDER. The services were held at the Hoskins funeral home in charge of Rev. S. P. Williamson. burial was in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. ELDER died suddenly Friday morning at her home near Libertyville. A heart attack was the cause of her death.
