Mrs. EDWARDS Dies Suddenly

Mrs. Rollie EDWARDS, 76, a resident of Fairfield for 50 years, died suddenly Sunday at 2:50 a.m. at the Jefferson County hosiptal (sic). She had been a patient there since Jan. 14.

Mrs. EDWARDS resided at 307 E. Jeffeson St. Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral home in charge of the Rev. Ned C. Gillum. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery

Mrs. EDWARDS was the former Bessie HUTCHINSON. She was born Jan. 27, 1887 (sic - 1889) at Clio, Iowa, the daughter of William and Rebecca SHRIVER HUTCHINSON. She was married to Rollie EDWARDS May 15, 1920. Her husband preceded her in death May 15, 1960.

Mrs. EDWARDS was a member of the First Christian church. She is survived by one son, Elmer E. EDWARDS, Des Moines; and one daughter, Mrs. Mabel JACKSON, San Rafael, Calif. Also surviving are four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one brother, Mervyn HUTCHINSON, Des Moines. Ten brothers and two sisters are deceased.

In The Matter Of The Estate Of Bessie EDWARDS, Deceased.

To All Persons Interested In The Above Entitled Estate:

You are hereby notified that the undersigned has been appointed administrator of the above entitled estate; that all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named district court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance, and unless so filed within six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claim shall thereafter be forever barred.
