... Mrs. Charles BAKER died at her home north of Batavia Friday, April 5th. Her remains were interred in the Abingdon Cemetery on Saturday. She leaves a husband and three children. ...

The three daughters were Vera GOBBLE, Susan FRESHWATER and Ruth BATTIN. Husband Charles Franklin BAKER remarried & died in New London, Henry County, IA on 14 Oct 1937. He is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Fairfield, IA, with his second wife Estella M. HALE WHITTEMORE BAKER.
