Charlotte A. DuBOIS was born in Fairfield September 17, 1890, and died Tuesday morning July 25, at the home of her grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. John MARCY on East Burlington street. She was the only daughter, of Mrs. Cornelia DuBOIS. A child of sweet ways and disposition, she was a general favorate (sic) with all her friends and class mates.
For nearly two years past she has been afflicted with heart trouble which her relatives knew was slowly taking the young life from them. There is left to mourn Charlotte's untimely death, her mother and two brothers, one of whom is now in Portland, Oregon, having gone there only last week.
Funeral services were held Thursday at 2:30 o'clock from the MARCY home conducted by Rev. Thomas Osborn and the body tenderly laid to rest in Evergreen cemetery. The sorrowing relatives have the sincerest sympathies of a host of friends in their sad bereavement.
