Mrs. DROZ, 91, Taken In Death

Mrs. Corida (sic - Cordia) M. DROZ, 91, a resident of Fairfield for 67 years, died Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital after a serious illness of two weeks.

Mrs. DROZ made her home at 201 N. Morgan. Last rites will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Weston Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Wilson Hyde officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mrs. DROZ was born Dec. 19, 1878 in Van Buren County, the daughter of Jacob and Keziah WILKINS DAVIDSON. She was married to William DROZ Jan. 25, 1897. He died March 23, 1957.

Mrs. DROZ is survived by one daughter, Irma DROZ, Fairfield; one grandchild and one great grandson. She was preceded in death by two daughters, one son and three sisters.
